Old Business
- The Bernie Brown print was delivered to Christina Daniel by Breanna and Kennedy. The girls thanked her on behalf of the SCC for all her years of service to the school and community.
- Still looking for Caretakers. Everyone keeps their eyes and ears open.
- Have one applicant
- Still looking for spares and EA’s
- The SCC joined the SLC on Hot chocolate and PJ day by purchasing cookies and marshmallows. Students loved it. Thanks to Deanne and Karlee for baking and bagging the cookies.
- Hot Lunches. Thank you to Karen for setting up the lasagna and caesar salad lunch. It was a big hit. Thanks to the staff for handing out the lunches to their classrooms. All hot lunches are prepared and individually wrapped by Back Home Restaurant and Catering in Avonlea. The next hot lunch is scheduled for February 4th. It will be chicken noodle soup with a grilled cheese sandwich with a cookie. Cost will be $6.
- There is also a hot lunch scheduled for February 25th, which will be a hot dog and mac n’ cheese with a cookie. Cost will be $7.
- Thanks again to Karen for managing the hot lunches with Omar and Nadine. Anything else to add? (Karen)

- Volunteer sheet. Unfortunately due to the restrictions of parents not being allowed in the school, and it doesn’t seem like the restrictions will be lifted anytime soon. We can’t have parents come in to help the students and staff. Hopefull, we will be able to send out a volunteer sheet in the fall for the new school year and have parents come into to help, especially with reading*.
- SCC shirts. Thank you to Mrs. Schury for ordering the shirts. They look great and hopefully one day soon we will be able to wear them.
- Update on elementary outdoor playground upgrade. Amanda is going to send information to staff to see what they would like as well as look into what equipment would cost.
- How much are we fundraising for? What length of time do we want to fundraise for this project? 3-5 year plan?

Karlee was going to talk to Jaimie Paranuik about property line, etc. and look into what trees to get with prices… -Mabel’s Labels and Colibri washable lunch bags (Karen was going to set up accounts for them)…
