- Grade 7 – 12 parents: the Moose Jaw Crystal Meth Strategy Committee is asking for your help. They are hoping as many Grade 7 – 12 parents as possible throughout the school division will take the time to complete a parent survey on Crystal Meth Awareness. Click here for the survey link. The survey is already open and will remain open until March 30th. Parent participation in the survey is optional and will be used to guide the Committee’s work. About the Committee and its vision: The Moose Jaw Crystal Meth Strategy Committee is comprised of representatives from eleven local human service organizations and community members. The Committee acknowledges that crystal meth substance misuse in our community has had severe social, health, economic and legal impacts, and there is a need for further public awareness and education so that community members can all work together to address this crisis. Moose Jaw’s Crystal Meth Strategy Committee aims to improve community safety, wellbeing, and education by increasing public awareness of the crystal meth issue and available community resources. In addition, the Committee envisions offering opportunities and supports for parents, teachers, and community members to actively engage with youth in conversations around crystal meth.
