Mastery:
We offer guided reading program for grades 1-8. We believe that the best approach to teaching reading includes guided small group instruction, whole class instruction, independent reading practice, and home and family reading
Core French to grades 1-8
Choir and music instruction grades pre k -8
PE includes swimming, skating and Hockey Skills Program (grades 4-8)
Students develop technology skills through school wide projects such as this year, digital story telling project
Students are provided additional support and intervention, as needed by our Student Support Teachers
Belonging:
Community and Family Engagement is encouraged and planned for with our monthly Family Friday Learning Events
Planting and maintaining a community Garden
Extra curricular groups that support learning:

Leadership opportunities for students include SRC, Mothership groups,

Generosity
Every year we plant and maintain a community garden our produce is then donated to our local food bank.
We raise money or goods through fundraising events for Movember, Ice Bucket Challenge, Food Drive, Brick by Brick Project, Hunger in Moose Jaw, and for our local Humane Society
