Graduation 2020 Update

Dear Graduates and Parents,

I am writing to provide you some updates related to the graduation activities planned for June 2020. We appreciate your patience during this time as we know there are many questions related to graduation exercises and events.

The school division is working closely with Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health during this covid pandemic.

April 6 Update

We hope you are all doing well during this time and staying safe.  By now our teachers will have been in contact with any students and families continuing with supplemental learning. As you transition to learning at home, here are are a couple of things to keep in mind.

• Need a teacher, EA, guidance counselor, or administrator to contact you? Just fill out the Peacock SOS form on our Supplemental Learning section of our web site.

Students and parents received an important update through email this morning. Please review when you get a chance or download a copy from the “newsletters” section of the web site.

School Closed

Our schools is now closed. When we receive word that it is safe to resume educational operations, we will be in touch with our students and families. Take care of yourselves.  Attention grade 12 student and families please check the grad 2020 link in the parents tab for an update.  Should you have any questions during the closure contact reception at Prairie South Schools at 306-694-1200.

Every Prairie South Schools COVID-19 Update will have a date and time included at the top right corner of the first page. The most recent information is the current information. If an update is silent on a particular matter, the previous update can be considered as current direction for that matter.
