– Theory and practical cooking/baking skills in the kitchen.

– Typing, using computer programs, designing websites, employability skills, ergonomics, theory behind computer and internet.
- Interior Design 30
– Components: Paint, arrangement of furniture.
- PAA Survey 10
– This course covers 3 types of PAA courses in one.
- Photography 10, 20, 30
– Components: Using a camera, editing photos.
- Welding 10, 20, 30
– Components: building projects out of metal, learning different types of welds, beads.
- Wildlife Management 10, 20, 30
– Components: Fishing, hunting, outdoors in Saskatchewan, field trips to Buffalo Pound, nature walks, birds, animals, and migration habits.
