  • The Registration for online classes is closed to students outside of Prairie South School Division and to students who have already Graduated from High School or who are applying for the Adult 12 program.

  • If you live within the Prairie South School division boarder you qualify for free online classes with the Prairie South Virtual School. Register before September 30th for other free course options!!!

    If you live outside Prairie South borders and register before September 30th your courses are free (if you are not registered with any other school). After September 30th, the cost for each course is $500 plus any resources required

  • If you are a student outside Prairie South your Principal will need to approve your application. Your Principal will receive an email which will need to be approved. Once Principal approved your registration will be submitted to our system for consideration. You will receive an email indicating if your registration has been approved or if the course is full.

  • The tuition for each course is $500. There may be an associated cost for textbooks and/or resource kits. Full payment is required prior to course registration.
    Regular Course - select Yes. If your need a Credit Recoup or Mark Upgrade please select No.
  • If you plan to do the credit recoup we require from your teacher a list of marks on all of your course unit exams. Please have your teacher email your marks to online.courses@prairiesouth.ca.
  • If you have recently taken the course and would like to retake the course to get a better mark please have your teacher email online.courses@praireisouth.ca your class evaluation. Details on how you did on units/chapters will help in our course plan for you. If you do not have information on your units/chapters you will need to retake the entire course.

    Students registering for online classes with the Prairie South Virtual School must have attained the CFR level B1.2.

  • We prefer that students use their personal email accounts. Please try and aviod using Hotmail. Hotmail often will deliver emails to the spam/junk mail folder. Google email works very well.
  • Please inform us of any medical conditions which we need to be aware of when working in the plant and mobile lab trailer. In the plant you will experience working at various heights.

    Caronport student - this is NOT your residence address. Please use your actual physical location (where you and your parents live).

  • Note: You must have your exams supervised at a school, college, university or board office. The cooperating teacher or adult at one of these locations can supervise your exams. You are responsible to make these arrangements.

    Principal for approval. After your Principal approves of the registration you will be registered for the class and receive a notification email.
