SLC’s study tip of the day! We all work better when rewards are involved! The right reward during study time can help motivate us to work harder longer. But be careful, some rewards just lead to distractions so we need to choose our study rewards wisely. Things like a sweet treat or a favourite snack, a body or a music break, or a quick coffee or tea break with a friend can be great rewards that keep you focused. Good luck everyone!
