Below is a survey for Grade 12 students.  It will be open until Dec 5, 2025. This is an important survey to determine graduates wishes for the celebration.

 

They will need to sign in with their Prairie South Email Account in order to participate, so we can limit the responses to one each and keep better track of who is responding to ensure they are grade 12 students.
