SOAR simplified graphic Feb 2025

There has been an addition to the playground. Students will now be able to learn and play traditional outdoor games, thanks to stencils that have been applied to the paved area.

Friday June 16 was a day of celebration for the staff and students of EGS. The three superannuates, Mr. Blair, Mme Gauthier and Mme Pouteaux were awarded gifts and applauded as groups of students and staff presented memories, songs and advice for their retirement.  More…

The senior boys volleyball team, led by Mrs. Simonsen, has made it to the regional finals. They will be playing on the November 20 weekend in the hopes of receiving a medal. Good luck to the team!

Graduates will be celebrating the end of their high school years tomorrow, June 18. Members of the community are invited to participate by viewing the ceremony via live stream or by watching the parade.

A brand new page on the EGS website boasts audio books from the school’s library. Grade 8 students chose the books and recorded them, so that students can borrow the books and have them read to them, anywhere the webpage can be accessed. There are…
