- The Saskatchewan Science Centre, with support from the Government of Saskatchewan’s Status of Women office, is offering a free virtual Girls in STEAM 2022 Conference on Feb11, 2022.
- This event is open to girls in grades 6 to 9 as an opportunity for youth to meet women working in science, technology, engineering, arts and math (STEAM) fields, gain new skills and have a lot of fun with hands-on activities.
- Individuals can register on their own, or teachers can register their entire classroom (including mixed-gender classrooms) to attend.
- Each successful registrant or classroom will receive a kit of science activities to explore during and after the event.
