  • Mental Health Fact of the Day: Did you know that Early Intervention for Mental Health challenges can lead to a better prognosis and better outcomes for youth? It’s True!  The earlier you access support and get treatment, the higher the likelihood of recovery. Connect with Home base, a teacher, or our Mental Health Capacity Builders and we will get you  in touch with services in our community. This year’s Mental Health Awareness Week Theme  is Connection; connect with one another, your friends and family and any supports you may require!
  • You may notice some compliments flying around today. Thats because we are playing a school wide game of COMPLIMENT TAG. How it works: Pick up a pre-made compliment card or one of your own creation from a station in the student services office and pass it along to someone. They are now “it”! If you receive a compliment card from someone keep the positivity going by tagging someone else with another compliment!
