**Reminder, you must be 15 years of age to be placed in the class.

Registration
Please note:
1. Student needs an SGI customer number BEFORE registration. To do this, come to the office, pick up an SGI school verification form, take it to an SGI license issuer, and they will give you a customer number. Take 2 pieces of ID with you.
2. Log on to the site, linked below, and using the customer number, register for Driver’s education.
3. Students will be put in classes based on birthdates and time they request. There are lunch time and after school classes. Please be aware of this if your student is involved in activities.

- Happiest of birthdays goes out to: Cade Jean, Macy Kuntz, Shelby Shaw, Dominic Harvey, Madisyn Steeves, Brody Sinclair, Ella Surtees and Paul Ta who will all be celebrating over the long weekend. Please come down and see Mrs. Arnott to pick up your birthday pencil.
- Would you like to see a Solar eclipse and erupting volcanoes in Iceland, or snorkel with sea turtles in the Galapagos? Then here’s your chance. Any grade 9 or 10 students interested in traveling to Ecuador or Iceland in 2026, Please stop by and see Mr Lys about these once in a lifetime opportunities!
- MSS accounts – please come and see Mrs. Denet if your account has been disabled or you are unable to log on.
- Missing artwork please let Mrs. Arnott or Mr. Redstone know if you have any information – we are happy just to have the art back, no questions asked.
- There will be a yearbook meeting today at 12:30 in Mr. Halkyard’s room.
- Track and field athletes: entries for the section meet Wednesday, May 22 are posted in google classroom and outside Ms. Gardner’s room (312). Check for errors or changes that need to be made. Double check jersey numbers as well. Let Ms. Gardner know of any changes by 3:15 today before entries are sent in.
- Any students who have participated in archery and who are interested in competing at the provincial tournament please go see Mr. Campbell in room 122.
- Throwing practice today at lunch. Starting at 12:25
