  • Happiest of birthdays goes out to: Avah-Rae Thiel. Also, to the following students that will be celebrating over the weekend: Tylan Gill, Jaxsin Laliberte, Calissta McCubbing and Brody Peters.  Please come down and see Mrs. Arnott to pick up your birthday pencil.
  • Let’s fill the stands tomorrow at Gutheridge Field with green and orange. Free admission for all Peacock students and a chance to win a Starbucks gift card. Let’s gooooo!!!!!!!
  • Art club meets after school today in room 229, all are welcome!
  • MSS accounts – please come and see Mrs. McKechnie if your account has been disabled or you are unable to log on. Will the following students come down during break today to reset their MSS Passwords: Camden Osborne, Brady Ross, Emma Slon, and Ryder Viczko.
  • Cross country practice at noon. Meet in the green mile.
  • Boys Soccer Meeting in Room 304 with Mrs. Chow at lunch. All players MUST attend.
  • Journey to Hope meets at noon today in room 229, bring your lunch.
  • There are no Driver Ed in cars today.
  • Grade 9  Gym Blast will be Oct. 10. Homeroom teachers please let students know what a Gym Blast is, and look for an email sharing what colour you will be. 
  • Our word of the week is Tapahteyimowin, which is Cree for Humility. When learning about a new culture or language, be humble, be kind. Be open to new ways of thinking, being and understanding.
