Cyclone Shout Out

Congratulations go out to our SR girls volleyball team who defeated Notre Dame last night in 4 sets. Good win girls!

 

Great match last night SR boys volleyball team against the 2nd place team went the distance to 5 sets and just fell 2 points short. Great job boys coach Carter is very proud of the effort. Workout at Lunch today with Coach Rowe.

THE SLC WANTS YOU TO COME PACK THE TRACK, GYM AND FIELD-

Pack the Track – come out to the burger barn at Wakamow park and Pack the Track to cheer on our cross country team today afterschool 3:30 – 5:00

Pack the Gym – The Sr. Volleyball teams play in our gym this Thursday! Let’s Pack the Gym and cheer them on. 6:20 Girls game and 8:00 boys game.

Pack the FieldSaturday at Gutheridge/Elks Field we want to Pack the Field and cheer on our football team. Game time 3:15

Remember to pay your school fees on school cash online or at the office. If you have any questions, or would like to inquire about your fees, see Mrs. Wicker in the office. 

 

Girls Soccer team: there are still many outstanding fees. Please see Mrs. Binetruy if payment is an issue.

Mrs. Whitehead is looking for some student helpers over the lunch hour for 30 minutes every day.  If interested, go and see her in the library.

Jane Austen Club will meet TODAY in Mrs. Willfong’s room (118). 

Are you interested in 3D Printing, Coding or designing? Then Innovation Club is for you and it’s back. We will be meeting in the art room on Thursday at 3:30 p.m. we hope to see you there. 

The CCI Reading Competition is back! It will run from Friday, October 14, 2022, to January 16, 2023. Whether you read a lot or just a little, you are invited to form teams of three and to see Ms. Veer to get on the list. Don’t forget to pick a team name (Page Turners, Wise Words, Cull Readas, etc.). Parents, caretakers, teachers, and of course, students are all welcome!! There are amazing prizes for the top three teams, as well as the top reader! Ms. Veer will tally the scores and announce the top teams weekly.
